Weight Loss Program

The Optimal You Plan is the first step in your weight loss journey. With this diet you'll experience the momentum push you've been looking for with your weight loss. More importantly, you will learn the tools and lifestyle modifications you'll need to keep your weight off long-term.

This plan has been adapted utilizing patient experiences, findings, and research by Dr. Sillins and research done by A.T.W. Simeons, MD as conveyed in his manuscript, Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity.

We offer programs tailored to your lifestyle that encompass 4-phases: 23-day, 30-day and 40-day, based on the amount of weight you would like to lose and to ensure the most effective conditioning for immediate weight loss and long-term weight management after Phase 2.

Diet Counseling

Consult with a Doctor to share your weight loss goals and to review your current eating patterns.  Healthy nutrition and successful weight loss techniques can be confusing.  Analyze your food choices and clear up confusing nutrition information  so you can be successful with your weight loss efforts.  Together you’ll design a plan that will help you lose weight, but will also be realistic and include some of your favorite foods.  You’ll also learn and practice behavior techniques that will help keep your weight off.  Meet with the Dietitian only once or set up regular visits to help keep you motivated and on track.

Intense Weight Loss Program

If you desire a fast-paced weight loss, then our Optimal You program may be what you are looking for!

The diet program is a 4, 6, or 10 week eating regimen that will maximize your weight loss in a short period of time.  After that, you will transition you into a higher calorie level and more normal eating and food choices. Through the transition, you will learn behavior modification techniques and skills to keep your weight off. Weekly accountability will help you meet your goals.
